You may need to install the XML::Simple module in activeperl, it should be easy to do via it's package manager. You may also need to modify "SlmCmd" to match up with the windows version of the SLM client. (so maybe slmcmd.exe). Good luck, let me know how it goes! Try ActivePerl for your perl program.
